Heh! Lisa, I guess the difference between him and most of my shooting is that he specifically says that those shots are "set up" wheras most of mine aren't because I don't have the people/resources:)! Oh well...

However, a little planning and anticipating can also work, for instance, having been to previous shows I knew the pyros in this shot were coming, I just made sure I was in the right place and waited:

There are many ways to see great photographs. There are many great photographer like Bresson, Davidson, Winogrand, Franks, and many other street photographers that learned to see the moment and others that set everything up like the one Lisa showed and everything in between. Joel-Peter Witkin is another that likes to set up everything. Theres also previsualist (west coast school-zonesystem) and post visualists (east coast school-mostly street). Its all good. Find something that works for you....

I got myself an iMac with a 27" screen and I'd sure like to see the photos everyone is posting in a much larger size.
