Far from it actually. Here are the usual colors found around the same area:

Wow, it makes you wonder how many of these birds show this unusual color pattern. I wonder if it serves any evolutionary purpose or is just some kind of genetic mutation. What an amazing photographic opportunity!

Wow, that's a really beautiful bird. Nice catch! I wonder if the eye color rule still holds with this bird, a yellow eye meaning juvenile.
