Want to buy a minty 1Ds3 but I see I can't post a WTB on the buy forum because I'm not a member for 30 days or have the posts.

I can see the reasoning behind this as far as selling but I don't understand why it also applies to somebody who just wants to buy.

Ive already bought my 70-200 from someone here too.

I no longer post WTB listings for expensive gear. I ran into too many very questionable offers and in the end it was a waste of time. Just keep an eye on the FS forum.

I seriously considered buying a 1Ds3 but in the end decided to wait it out. I want to see what a replacement has to offer. If not enough for the price tag I figure that a replacement would drive the price down.
