Sounds like a roommate. :(

I doubt a roommate would be that dumb. I bet it was a neighbor.

Oh yuck. What a headache to sort out.

Check your credit report to see if they tried opening any cards up for you, too!

Could also be someone with a vendetta who is only interested in causing pain, like a psycho ex.

If that's the case, it kind of makes you long for the days of slashed tires and broken windshields, doesn't it? ;):)

Yea, but Carrie Underwood overglamorized the trashing car bit.

"Crooks" are not "crooks" until they get caught!
Therefore, all crooks are dumb for getting caught =P

yeah I finally got all the items returned to everybody. Sending Joe's stuff off today. The guy is going to jail for a LONG time cause he already had a warrant out for his arrest. He had been known for doing this and then pawning everything. Supposedly he was doing the same thing like 2 blocks over as well.

But all is well now and everything is being corrected.

For anyone that reads this, when trading or buying or me buying from u, I keep in CONSTANT contact and always take photos of every little step of the way. Photos of the box i package ur item in, photos of me at the post office, photos of me with the mail receipt, etc. Only time its hard for me to stay in contact is when I'm at work but as soon as I get off work I reply to any and all forms of messaging.

So who was the guy, someone you know? Hard to imagine a complete stranger pulling off something like this.

Fuji XT-1, 14mm f2.8, 23mm f1.4, 35mm f1.4, 56mm f1.2, 90mm f2, 50-140mm f2.8

This whole story is just bizarre. We need more info. How does a guy pull this off by hacking your private accounts, as well as ordering stuff using your home address, and then receiving the mail at your home?

You say the only time you don't maintain constant contact during a transaction is while you are at work. Don't worry, people are having parties on your porch while you're away...have them maintain contact for you.;)
