I'm sure pics from DC are dime a dozen, but still wanted to share. :D

We visited DC over Thanksgiving this year and it was my first visit in 10+ years. With a husband and three year old in tow, I didn't have the time to really try pictures like I wanted (I'm so used to landscape, city pictures stump me a little :P), but liked some of the shots I ended up getting. Overall we had a great trip and I'm eager to go back (I could really use a week on my own so I can really go through the museums and read all the info!). TFL!

These are beautiful. Usually DC pics are all the same but you've got some really nice ones here.

I love those Subway shots. I can't help but pull out the camera when we head underground there.

Washington for me is a very hard place to photograph. It has been done over and over again. I went there last spring to shoot the cherry blossoms and missed them. Then I ended up with a sort of photo block. I could not seem to find anything original.

Your photos, especially the last one, proves that there are still creative opportunities. Thank you, I liked them.

The thing with DC is we have a lot of HIDDEN places to go see...since I live here I get to find them. Also if you visit DC take the short drive to Manassas VA to see the site of the first land battle of the Civil War. Lots of good sites to see there too!! Any questions let me know!! Great shots BTW!!
