Care to share details (ie: gear used, post processing, etc)? Thanks. As far as gear, if it was taken in daylight it was handheld with a 24-70, the parade shots at night were handheld with a 50 between f1.2 and f4. All my processing is done in ACR, it's really just a matter of dodging and burning via the adjustment brush to bring out the main subjects. It would probably be better to mask them off in PS and do it right but I'm a bit lazy. Other than that I don't know what to tell you, I do use a tripod at night, which makes the scenery and fireworks shots possible. SRisonS wrote in post #11570490 Great shot!!!! Do you mind posting a link to your Flickr page????? Thanks, but I think all the good shots are already here, you'll be a bit disappointed with what's left on the fickr page. VanillaImaging.com

Jan 04, 2011 14:19 | #396 Wow, again. Excellent photos. I'll have to start practicing my camera skills and play around with Aperture (mac prgram) to see what I can do. We're planning our next trip for 2012; right after my daughter turns 2. The wife and I have been viewing this thread and its really pushing us to go this year. Then we realize how we always swore we wouldn't take our kids until they were at lleast 2 years old.

Jan 04, 2011 16:58 | #398 We did annual trips up until this year. We are members of all sorts of Disney programs and manage to save a lot of money with our Disney chase visa rewards. But...we're holding off for the little one to be a bit older. Plus, mommy and daddy want to be able to enjoy the trip as well.

No, I just pushed the vibrance ever so slightly. I may have tweaked the saturation and luminance levels on the blue channel as well. VanillaImaging.com

Vibrance also prevents skintones from becoming over saturated. Saturation: Adjusts the saturation of all image colors equally from -100 (monochrome) to +100 (double the saturation).
