I didn't want to go without all of them, so I bought a big lowepro trekker backpack. That was a bad idea cause i'm down in my back if I carry it around long. Most of the time I put a couple in my old bag and it's the 24-70, and the 100-400 if I'm going to the zoo.

Ever changing.

Konica Hexanon FishEye 15mm UC f2.8
Konica Hexanon AR 40mm f1.8
Carl Zeiss C/Y 100mm f2.0

I also have C/Y 28 f2.8 but I prefer to Hexanon 40 1.8 (because of the range)

24-70 f2.8L
70-200 f2.8L IS II
300 f2.8 IS

Add a 1.4xTC to that mix and get a really nice 100-280 f4 zoom and a 420 f4 telephoto. Some would
say add the 400 f2.8 IS instead but it's just way too cumbersome for me. The 300 f2.8 strikes a nice
balance of speed, reach, and size.

Canon 1D IV / 1D II
Canon 16-35 f2.8L Mk II / 24-70 f2.8L / 70-200 f2.8L IS II / 1.4x TC

Same here. I have that combo but with the 50 f1.4 and love the trio.

on full frame: 24-105 and 100-400 for sure. The other lens would have to be either a 17-40 or possibly the 70-200 f4IS. 100-400 covers that for sure, and the 17-40 would be more versatile, but I sure do like the 70-200 for portraits. (And I know, there are no low light lenses in this mix, but the 5d does a really good job at high iso)

Gear: 5DII, 40D, 24-105 f4L, 100-400L; 24-70 f2.8L, 70-200 f4 IS L, 17-40 f4 L, 50 f1.4, 550 EX (& a 10D w/ a broken shudder & an Elan IIe that still works)

My general purpose bag for my 7D contains a Sigma 10-20mm F:4-5.6, Canon EF-S 17-85mm f:4-5.6 IS USM, and a Canon 70-200mm F2.8L IS MkII. At some point down the road the 17-85 will be replaced with the 15-85.
