That was a bad idea cause i'm down in my back if I carry it around long. Most of the time I put a couple in my old bag and it's the 24-70, and the 100-400 if I'm going to the zoo. Ever changing.

The other lens would have to be either a 17-40 or possibly the 70-200 f4IS. 100-400 covers that for sure, and the 17-40 would be more versatile, but I sure do like the 70-200 for portraits. (And I know, there are no low light lenses in this mix, but the 5d does a really good job at high iso) Gear: 5DII, 40D, 24-105 f4L, 100-400L; 24-70 f2.8L, 70-200 f4 IS L, 17-40 f4 L, 50 f1.4, 550 EX (& a 10D w/ a broken shudder & an Elan IIe that still works)

At some point down the road the 17-85 will be replaced with the 15-85.
