Yellow weed flower - 1st time macro

I shot around my backyard for about an hr and this is the only thing I like...Appreciate your feedback as this is my first time playing with macro.

I'll give you a couple things. First on that shot I would increase the DOF so more was in focus. It looks like there was plenty of light or you can use a flash. Also look around about the rule of thirds. Take a look at this.

Actually rather like it as is.- only negative is some blown colour in the background petals.
