My first reaction was no, the gull adds to the atmosphere, but when you look at it, it almost seems to be a giant bird stuck on the spire of one of the buildings. I think kaptnkain is right. Taken from Alcatraz? This was actually taken from one of those tour ships while cruising near Alcatraz. I think I took this pic at around.... 4:00pm-ish. Unfortunately, i'm not in San Francisco anymore, but I do intend to come back sometime in the near future.
