Looking for a good place to rent a lens for a week. Looking for the 85L more than likely. Shooting a wedding soon and have always wanted to try this lens. Thought I had a good place to rent from till I looked in my cart and saw they were putting a hold on my card for the purchase price of a brand new 85L.

I've always used lensrentals.com. I used to live down the road from them when I lived in Memphis, and they were just wonderful. I've probably rented from then 10-15 times myself and I've heard nothing but good things about them from others.

I agree, I rent from them when ever in need and I've always had a pleasant and positive experience!

+1 on Lensrentals.com. They have given me extra days at no cost, the equipment is always in great shape, the prices are fair. Two thumbs up for them, for sure!

Adorama, but only walk-in. FYI, Adorama has the same practice the first time you rent with them - they authorize your card for the entire purchase price of the lens. There's no authorization for subsequent rentals, they just charge the fee upon the return of the lens.

Twice from lensrentals.com, both very last minute rentals. I booked one rental on Dec 24 PM for delivery a few days later and it was on time except for the snow in NYC.

A+ service and lenses.

lensgiant.com is excellent. I have used them several times and even found them cheaper than the others. The only place I will use.

I just got my first pair of glasses that I didn't think I needed. I apologize to anybody in the past year that I said their pictures were out of focus lol.

I haven't rented, but I've bought once or twice from lensrentals.com. They're a respectable operation IMHO.

Borrowlenses.com is FANTASTIC. Great customer service, and a large inventory. Even have 40-50% off deals every now and then.
I will give a +1 to lensrentals.com however...great place to rent from!
