This is what I saw when I walked out the door a few mornings ago. C&C is encouraged. This is my first photo post. I have a lot to learn but I've already learned so much from this forum in the 2 months I've been lurking here.
gonzogolf dumb remark memorialized More info | Jan 22, 2011 10:10 | #2 Its a very nice first post. It might benefit from a little more contrast. If you have photoshop try either a levels or curves adjustment to make the blacks black and the lighter tones a bit more crisp. It doesnt need much, but a tad more might help.

Nice. Love how the color of the moon stands out against the rest of the scene. Well done! R6 | R7 | 15-85is | Rokinon 14 2.8 | RF 16 2.8 | 16-35 F4is L | RF 24-105 F4is L | RF 70-200 F4is L | 100-400 II L | Σ150-600 C | 1.4X III | 2X III | 430ex |

Usually, it's best to shoot when the color of the sky is still lingering, you get a more dramatic exposure w/the colors. I agree with a little more contrast - a dark, underexposed image can get a little boring. It allows for the colors to pop, especially the skies... Overall, it's not too bad. Keep it up!

No worries Jay. You can always post pics in the thread for your model of camera in the camera section. You can also post pics in the lens section for the specific lens you are using. You may also want to consider turning on the "image editing ok" in your control panel. By doing so, it will give others permission to edit your image and re-post it. It can be helpful in getting some tips you may not have thought of.
