One of my biggest goals this year is to improve on families and show the bonds and connections between family members.

Here are a few others from my family last weekend. Mom & Dad wanted a few photos together, and this is what I came up with.

and in b&w...

I like that idea, get the feeling of the family rather than just the for of them staring at the camera. Great work

I think this is a job well done. You definitely captured the bond.

Maybe crop just a little tighter on BW w/ Dad so there's less head room?

Excellent work, as usual. You convey the feeling of a close family very well with these.

Some Canon stuff and a little bit of Yongnuo.

I always enjoy looking at your work I do feel that this one captures great emotions but I really find the sticks sticking out of their heads in most of the photos a bit distracting. I think that I would clone some of the out. Like the last shot the boy has a unicorn look easy to remove in photoshop. Dad has antlers in one and mom antlers in another. The emotions are great the lighting is nice just the background is somewhat distracting.

Great set! The B&W where the father is making eye contact with his younger child is awesome!
