As-is I would lean towards blown out. But if shot as RAW I would label it as usable!

Thankfully I shoot RAW only.:) I wouldn't know how to bring the image back though. :(

If you have lightroom using recover would make this photo pretty usable. if you dont have lightroom you need to get it, even if on the free trial from adobe, it really is amazing
