Thanks Dave. The shot was taken with poor lighting and It was just a spur of the moment kind of thing, but I'm glad I posted it here as I have gotten some pretty good advice/tips

Don't get the blue eyes but is that motion blur? The nose stud looks like there was camera shake or motion blur when you took this.
