can anyone recommend me a filter for my 17-40?.. having hard time figuring out which one will fit properly..

A filter for what? UV, CPL?

Pretty sure the standard 77mm type all fit???

sorry yes.. just a regular uv one to protect the glass. I heard some dont fit and some do which is why I ask

Any 77mm will fit. Look at Tiffen and Hoya.
