Hi again... like the new look, but the title tags you have in your top level nav seem a little incongruous. I assume they're there for an SEO boost but they seem a little odd.

Why do you say it's a little odd?

Well the Services title tag particularly stands out and doesn't really augment the link like the W3C would recommend it was used. I think the contact link does exactly what it should. You hover over the link, and it says 'contact Bob Lai'. It informs the visitor what will happen after the jump.
The others may confuse more than inform, that's all I meant. By all means have them there to get those keywords featured but perhaps something more coherent/informative than 'headshot portrait photography services' ..?
