It's a great start! Pleasingly simple and clean.

I just fixed it (I think) and replaced the original on Flickr. Please let me know what you think. One of my contacts on Flickr pointed this out to me earlier and taught me how to do some things in Photoshop (marquee tool, Free Transform).

I aligned the horizon in Lightroom and adjusted the rocks with the marquee tool and free transform.

Originally I just aligned the rocks since that was the main subject and didn't know how to fix the horizon.

For the first time in ages, this morning we had calm winds and a cloudless sky - and the forecast says it'll only last one day. So I was off to Brighton first thing to try some long exposures with the 116..
