6/10, nice contrast and sharpness but I feel it lacks a bit in terms of composition. Would love to see more of the building on the right side which is underexposed imho, or no building at all..

Very interesting sky, but the horizon is badly slanted and the foreground elements are distracting and not very interesting.

3/10. The tilt makes it look odd and the blown-out BG makes it look like you missed the EV. The blown out BG makes the focus soft. No content to speak of and no FX to compensate for that.
