ive gone through over 30-40+ lenses... but ive bought and sold and kept what i like most. gotta try out to see what i like. now i have

primes:

35L
sigma 50 1.4
85L
135L

zooms:

16-35L
tamron 28-75

i would still like to get a 24L and maybe get a 70-200 2.8 again to finish it off... or a 200 f/2, but thats wishful thinking

Yep! :D

Top the OP > I wouldn't say I am a collector or junkie... I use all my lenses... (well.. maybe not the nifty fifty much anymore... but I use pretty much all my other lenses)

Copied and pasted from the gear list thread...

Zooms:
Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L USM
Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS
Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS
Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM
Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 EX DC HSM
[COLOR="Red"]Sigma 70-200 f2.8 EX DG APO Macro HSM II

Not sure why you need the Sigma when you got Mk II...

See my sig. I just got the 50L, but was dreaming of fisheye and T/S lenses a few days later :p

But I'm learning portraiture now, so any extra money will go into flash trigger, light stands and stuff.

I've never thought about selling any of my lenses though, as each lens serve a specific purpose, and I shoot lots of different stuff.

I always enjoy seeing people gear in their signatures but no link to their photos. I think they spend more time shopping and surfing internet forums than taking shots.

 No ... definitely not ! It took me time to find the right tools, I bought and sold some lenses and zooms to get my final combos ... (I need two -> one for walkaround and travel and one to work for action/sports jobs)

Walkaround/travel : Samyang 14F2.8+24L+85L+zuiko 500/8 (5DMKII+50D)
Action/sport 24L+85L+300L2.8 (50D+5DMKII)

my 135L has to be sold, but actually I keep it as a backup for 85L. Maybe in the future I will sell my 135L+300L and try to replace them with a 200L2.0.
