BIG KUDOS to Bigcountry, who sold me one of his 1D Mark IINs about 2 weeks ago. I initially found the camera had a small issue - the body wouldn't autofocus in one shot mode. I informed BC, and he offered to have the unit shipped off to Canon on his dime and repaired, and sent back to me.

Not many people would do this- but he stepped up and stood behind his sale. Not only the body got repaired, but BC restored my faith in human beings as honest, forthright people.
