Not sure how 'realistic' it is right now but I'd love to add the EF 300mm f/2.8 L I USM to my current lineup before baseball season begins:
10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM
24-70mm F/2.8
70 - 200mm USM IS II
100mm f/2.8 L IS USM Macro

28 f/1.8 ; 50 f/1.4 ; 100 f/2.0. Small, light, fast, sharp, good color and contrast; easily corrected CA when it matters.

If "realistic" means "what I could actually realistically afford":

10-22 - for when my normal just isn't wide enough
28 f/1.8 - normal lens to live on the camera
50 f/1.8 - just because I'm so used to it at this point I don't think I'll ever be without one
60 f/2.8 - macro can be fun, but just having a ridiculously sharp lens is fun too
55-250 - I don't often need the reach of a telephoto, so it may as well be a small ne with decent optics and IS

And I'd probably only keep one of either the 50mm or 60mm long term. Too close in focal length.

If money were no object and I could go "L" crazy, it'd be basically the same list, but replace the 28 f/1.8 with the 35L, the 50 f/1.8 with the 50L, and the 55-250 with the 70-200L IS f/2.8.

A man can dream...

lolz...I was still thinking majority will be listing out the trinity zooms and primes. No wonder canon produces so many lenses... different people have found different uses of different FL of lenses.
