Backpack Recommendation?

I'm looking for a backpack to use when I travel, and want to carry most of my gear. I would want to carry a gripped 50D, Canon a2e film w/28-135, 50 1.4, 15-85, 100L Macro, 580exii, and some other misc accessories.
I would like a backpack, or sling style.

Also a labtop compartment, 13inch.

Any opinions?

Lowepro Pro Runner 350 AW has served me SOOOOOOOOOOOOO WELL. I can take absolutely everything with me everywhere I go, and it's comfortable. I highly recommend it.

I modified my Lowepro Compuprimus so that there's no problem pulling my gripped 50D with the 70-200 mounted out of it with no problem, you'd be able to carry all of your gear and pull out your 50 without having to take off the pack.

I have the street walking pro and love it! fits my gripped cameras great and lots of extra room. I'm sure the Harddrive would be great too. TT makes excellent products!

My streetwalker hd sees a lot of use. It fits my 15" MBP no problem.
