Quick search for 'photography' in Google serps yields my photo second.

What can I do? obviously guy is making money and traffic through my gun image!

Best thing to do is contact him and tell him to take it off your website or you will take legal action.

I tried to contact guy, but he never responded. should I call him? there are phone numbers on the site...

Tried to email them but it wouldnt send.
I suspect most of the images are not his and has no permission to use them.

Not much you can do but find out who is hosting his site, send them a DMCA takedown request. Other than, sorry... 8-(

This is the thing to do. They appear to be in the US, so the DMCA would work best.

And just how are you losing traffic? Google does webcrawling indexing images it finds on websites.

I haven't seen you point to a location of your own hosting where you show the image in question.

it's simple, "photography" is high ranking keyword. There is another of my image, girls face, #6 in google images, and it gives insane traffic. If I took my place with the gun image #2, I would get more traffic. got it?
