Oh, she doesn't like it when mommy and daddy put her through this photo shoot. But, to make her feel better. We're going to buy her some actual props for more photo shoot :) You can't take this opportunity for granted. They grow so quick, I wish I got into photography when our first child was born.

I think they turned out pretty good. One tip I would give is to pull her away from the wall more...like 2-3 feet more. I just think that would look better with more dimension. You have a beautiful little girl!

Also, if you haven't seen this thread yet, I would check it out - VERY helpful with newborn and baby photography.

Thanx and no there was no room to play as the shots were done on a 2' x 4' dresser. No, I haven't check out the above thread yet, but thank you for the link. Very much appreciated.

Getting ready for photo shoot number 2. I got more props for the kid, still waiting on shootbaby.com's bean bag. Can't wait, I'm loving this newborn photography stuff.

newborn photography takes A LOT of patience....the PP on these is a little harsh on a newborn/infant for me....

They are all wonderful shots, but there is something about the first that I especially like.

Now is when taking pictures of babies is pretty easy. Wait until 3 months and then 6 months. Hope you've got a lot of patience. :)

Just got myself a beanbag from shootbaby.com last night. I can't wait to put them to use. I tried testing it out with my baby on there. It's looking pretty usefull as promised. I hope the baby is co-oping with me tonight. She's getting to that point where she doesn't stay asleep. It's hard, but I gotta overcome this serie in photog. Hope to have some eyes catching shots soon.
