i'd personally pick it up if i had to shell out that money. no way i'll click buy it now and have the peace of mind that it'll be in front of my door in a few months... very nice and definitely rare lens tho. gotta couple that with a 1.4 or maybe push it with a 2x TC.

Ebay and paypal will make some bucks if the lens sells.

Check out their Facebook videos of the lens (external link)

Besides the zero feedback, Hell of a deal compared to B&H. Even if picked up, it would cost a lot to ship back as one would likely have to arrange freight of some kind back, never mind customs. Not something that one could carry on or want to check. We all love to dream of using this!

I wouldn't even dare to deal with a guy that has 0 sold items and feedback and is selling out a rare lens like that.. s
How many 1200mm lenses where made? I mean, the serial number 225 seems a little odd vs the amount of the 1200mm lenses that was ever made. Wasn't it like 10 or something?
Though the serial may not indicate the number of made lenses of that sort.

Something just don't seem right with that add..
