Safe queens! I was thinking same thing, but I can't talk. Mine are too. Ammo too expensive.

WHAT!? One word, Dillon! I have a Dillon 550 progressive reloading press I use for my .45s, .44s and .308s. Use my single stage RCBS press for my precision rifle rounds.

500 147gr FMJBT .308 $90
500 Large rifle primers $16
2lbs of IMR 4320 $52
500 .308 range brass $Free
Total $158

Yeah, you can get Wolf ammo 500rds for $170 but I like reloading:D

Good rifle shot too btw. Mine is on the first page.

I used to reload, but I just haven't felt like getting back into it. I sold my gear a while back.

all these guns are waaayyy too clean!

I'll play, your turn to post your used weapon which doesn't look clean. This one looks this way from years of being carried by me as my duty carbine. I eventually switched to another AR15, and gave this one to a fellow LEO friend who now carries it as his duty weapon.

I'm diggin the added grain Stick, I think it works really well with the lighting. And spreading the love to the AK.

Thank you, I like that one also.

Dillon's the only way to go. I have a Square deal thats about 20 years old and has never failed me yet..plus if your a serious shooter you will want to load your own...not only to save a ton of money but you can load a much more accurate round than your going to buy.

I took this with my new LED light. I had it mounted on the hot shoe mount. Gonna try different experiments with it before I add it to my equipment list.

The revolvers are both Taurus 645 I believe is the model number. The silver one is 4" barrel and the black one has a 6" barrel. There's also a Springfield 1911 and a Browning High Power 9mm.

Been there done that. I stopped being a serious shooter, as you say, 6-7 years ago just as ammo prices began to get stupid. Reloading still does not save enough in my opinion. I'm way more of a collector these days. I mostly shoot .22 and 9mm now and enjoy collecting old military rifles and C&R stuff.

The photos being posted are great examples. Gives me some great ideas for when I get a proper lighting setup installed.

I miss shooting the .357's. The .357 ammo costs almost a dollar per bullet. I remember paying about .50 per bullet 7 or 8 years ago. Shooting 38 specials isn't as fun as the .357 load. I called them the filling shakers because I was at the range shooting one of my .357's for the first time and during the 50 rounds I put through it I had a filling come out and I know it was because of the .357 load.
