OK, here is the scoop. We have been running a photography & design studio for about 9 months and things have been going well (www.lindbeckphoto.com). Our portraits have been going well and I am comfortable with our pricing there. However, I was just approached by the largest law firm in our city to take pictures of all the lawyers and staff. They would like to have me in there offices for 3 days (2 hours each day). After the shoot, they would like to be able to use the pictures on their website and some publication and advertisements. I figure it make sense for me to create a license on the pictures for a set number of years, instead of just turning the images over to them, but I just don't know what to charge, based on my experience. Maybe I should just set a flat rate and turn them over to the firm, so I don;t have to worry about it? Any input would really help! Thanks guys!
