Beautiful shots BB!

I still haven't had a chance to play with dupan, just done 6 days of work, one day off, then another 6 days... but i've got a 3 day weekend now, so i should be able to get out there and have fun. Washed the car today, and just happened to have nifty on the 450D while documenting the contion of my clear coat.

Ozone holes and being parked on the street for a year has not been kind to my poor beast.

Your profile says NorCal... Where abouts? Are you in SF?
I'm about a half hour east of you. :p And yes, it's very wet today (and lately).

Sorry folks, been working too much and struggling to get some good shots. Here's a good story from last night's shift though!
We got back to our mechanical shop/garage last night around 1:30 AM at the end of our shift, when one of my co-workers yells out to me that there is a very intoxicated person headed my way from inside the shop. I intercept him as he come's outside, but he is incoherent and not responding to me. Then he takes of into the darkness, somewhere on the ski hill in below freezing temperatures. Inside, it appears that he has been trapped in our oil room for about four hours with the lights off and couldn't find the door to get out.
Three drums of oil have been knocked over, so we get out the spill kit to start mopping that mess up. There had been a staff party here earlier, and buddy must have passed out and got left there. So - two of the guys take off in a snowcat and I get in the truck, and we begin searching for "drunk guy." I started searching the parking lots and some buildings and while doing so, I see a large Lowe Pro camera bag sitting all alone on a utility trailer.
Wahooo! I open up the camera bag, and what do I find?

Some photographer is going to be pooping their pants when they realize that they left this rig sitting in a ski hill parking lot!
Anyway, the boys find "drunk guy" passed out on a coach in one of the staff buildings, and we call in a manager to deal with him. I left the 5D setup in our dispatch office, and will check tonight to see if anyone claims it. It had a CPS strap on the camera, so maybe this camera is registered - just in case no one claims it. I did look through the pictures on it, and they weren't that great, just some ski racing photos. I did take a self portrait with it though! All I could think of was how freaked out I would be if I left my camera bag somewhere by accident. Good karma points anyway!

If you take the card and look at the exif data on the images, the owner may have updated the info with their name.

I know I did that with my cameras.
