Here ya go! Topaz DeNoise 5 at "strong" setting - it can go stronger, but I think this setting kept a good amount of detail:

I remember I took that picture with my manual 50mm with an aperture of 1.7 and with the help of a reading lamp with a paper diffuser. If you want I can put the exif data ;)

Maybe it was a accident too hahaha
