Most of my shots on Oahu are done with a 70-200 2.8 and a 15-85. With your list I'd take the 10-22 and the 18-200. Enjoy yourself.

I travel heavy. Bring every thing you can carry. You will probably take most of your shots with wide lenses, but there are times you will want a lot or reach.

Went to Hawaii. Its beautiful!
But to be honest, my 24-70 stayed on my camera 90% of the time with the only exception being the 50mm f/1.8
I never found a good opportunity for my telephoto.

I dunno, but I'd bring it all. Worst case scenario: it stays in the room.

I'd rather have it all, then not have something I wanted.

10-22 for sure.

70-200 possibly with your 1.4x TC (since you have an F4, I'm saying bring it, if was a 2.8 I'd say too heavy and to leave it).

17-50 for general walk around.

Possibly nifty fifty for a low light lens (it's so small and light anyway, might as well have it).

bingo. I would say don't bring it all. Hawaii is beautiful, but it's not a Utopian paradise. The more you bring, the more you will likely leave gear in the rental car, the more likely I will be seeing your gear on craigslist.

DO NOT LEAVE ANY OF YOUR GEAR IN YOUR CAR. No matter how short you think the time will be. Take all of you gear (and anything else you don't want stolen) with you or in your hotel (they have safe's in hotel rooms, use them). I know some people who have picked up, for example, a T2i for $160 (external link), etc (external link). Just take what you are willing to keep on you when you leave your rental car.
