Thx for the tip on the insert
I have the Tenba insert (which came with the Tenba Messenger), but it is definitely lacking. I decided the Domke insert wouldn't cut it, but this Camera Paddy might just be the ticket :D
I'd use it either in the Tenba or if I want to go stealth, in my daily messenger.

I think there are 2 version of the bag... one with a zippered main compartment, and one without... there was one here who posted that he ordered it through amazon.com (via army trading seller) and he ended up the one without the zipper.... someone also mentioned that if you order it through amazon.com (via gravity trading) that you will get the one with the zipper..... i did just that and indeed I got the one with the zipper.... currently, on amazon, gravity trading is no longer an option....

I almost went ahead and purchased that one, but the description says nothing about a zipper, and the reviews are pulled from amazon. Did you purchase from that website?

I got the insert using the 15% coupon so now I'm trying to purchase the correct bag w/ the zipper. I looked on the gravity trading site and I'm having the same problems as others.

2 bags using the same exact product picture. Different prices though.
Bag 1 - $19.95. http://www.gravitytrading.com …c_Messenger_Bag_Olive.htm (external link)

Bag 2 - $17.95. http://www.gravitytrading.com …c_Messenger_Bag_Olive.htm (external link)

Anyone who has bought the right one, know the price they paid?

lol, you will have to call them. that's actually the exact same bag in both of those photos, well they are actually using the exact same photo, just one has the blue bottle taken out of the image. If you compare the images to the ones on the Rapid Dominance site you will see that it actually their exact image with the blue bottle missing from the shot in the one image. You will have to call them for clarification to ensure that you are getting the right product.

Once you call them report back as to the results of the info that you get.

partially correct, but the one that does not have a zippered compartment is actually a rothco brand bag. that's what Army Universe was passing off as the Rapid Dom. bag.

Ok, so I ended up cancelling my order for the insert, and purchasing tagakweens setup. So that means I won't be making the call and clarifying which bag is which, unless someone else wants to know and for some reason can't make the call.

I don't think any past pictures or SKU#s or anything is going to be reliable at this point. Looking at tagakweens bag, it doesn't have the red tag on the front of the bag.

no, they have since moved the red tad to the side of the bag. But originally the tag on was on the lid.

Mine has it on the left side under on the mounting point for the attachment of the strap. Also when the flap is flipped back there is a rapid dominance tag where you can write your name if you feel the need.

Hi, it's a Strellson bag. Strellson's an economically-priced Swiss brand that caters to the younger gen.

My particular bag is no longer on their website but they have a few new & improved versions (external link) that are sure to interest you ;)

I also had a quick look at the German Amazon site (external link) and found quite a few variations. I have a U.S. U.K. and German Amazon account, so it could be an option for others as well...

The quality is tops - I also own their suits, jeans, jacket.... a great brand, although I'm not so sure if it has hit the global market yet... :-/

p.s. This one's mine (external link).

p.p.s Here's the main website and they have it avail. in diferent languages and different countries :)

So after reading through this thread I'm still confused on where to order the bag with a zipper on top. I would also want the one with the pocket next to your body. Can anyone confirm on where to order from?

Thanks Palagai! The picks are also great as they show the true color of the bag instead of what is posted on Amazon.

so wait....

Gravity Trading seems to have contracted Rapid Dominance to make it with their name on it, This is kind of funny!:

http://www.amazon.com …7&creativeASIN=B001HBN0NK (external link)

This is pretty funny! Apparently they know it sells well and they want it to be able to get their name out there more.

Both the rothco and rapid have inner zippered pockets but only the rapid dominance has a zipped main compartment. I bought through gravity on amazon and got the zippered rapid dominance
