Heya Guys,

I posted in another thread about a Trash the Dress shoot I did last year at a waterfall.

These are some of the pics from it:

Rest are on my blog. Trash the Dress: Waterfall! (external link)

This was my first and possibly last shoot at a waterfall.

I had this idea for a while and was able to get this shoot off the ground after a few false starts.

1. Model with dress. Check.
2. Lighting assistants. Check.
3. Waterfall that you could get to. Check.
4. What can go wrong? Everything.

Things looked good until It rained. But I had already driven an hour. So damned if I wasnt shooting in the rain.

No public access to waterfall. Unless you feel like climbing. Did I mention that it was raining?

Anyhow. Pics turned out ok.

It's a great theme for trashing a dress. The second shot is my favourite, although is the white balance a bit cool?

Well if it is any consolation these are cool shots. I think they are suffering a bit from shrinking down...I bet they look amazing full sized.
Great location.
The model did a good job for you.

At least the lighting is even on a rainy day. Sounds like quite the experience!

Nowadays I shoot Nikon, but deep inside I am still a Canon lover... plus Nikonians don't have a cool place to hang like POTN :)
