I hate the cold too much to pretend to be Canadian. I have Bear slippers on right now and my hoodie is up.

Aww, poor chilly Matt.

Maybe Nifty will just need to take a vacation to the sunny south known as Michigan next time he's here visiting me.

Because there was nobody left on the Euro list and lots of people waiting on the Canadian list. It was sent over here to get some use. And then the Adorama Nifty showed up on the scene so we've gotten through the Canadian list rather quickly.

I'll keep some pictures coming in. For several weeks I wasn't able to dedicate time to shooting because school was taking up all of my focus. I took my camera everywhere with me though, so I have random "this is my life" kind of shots.

This is driving into school on a clear but very cold morning. I know all the lectures about being distracted while driving, but this was simply point the camera forward and push the button. It takes more effort to change the song on the stereo.

Nifty helped me with my homework. Had to include diagrams in a research project and I didn't feel like hand drawing them or fighting with the old scanner. So I took pictures of them :D

Yes. Annoying write up we had to do. We had a big list of specifications, procedures, precautions, and what-not to find and turn into a written report. The turbochargers were easy, at least for me. Years ago I took the Truck & Coach mechanic program at college, I know my way around the computer system for them. And turbos that big are rebuild-able, unlike the ones for automotive use. Superchargers are much harder to find specs on as the trucks don't use them anymore. Automotive sized supers are not rebuild-able usually. Found this old repair manual that had all the old specs and procedures in it. Was written in 1966 :)

It will be there in due time. Some folks have waited more than a year to host... You really won't get any sympathy. We need to pare down the list in the USA.
