Pretty good given the conditions you had to shoot in. Like the first and last a lot! Not easy to get faces on fielding plays but your doing fine!

Few suggestions, contrast and saturation seem a little high on most of these. #1 really is not a keeper since you have the batter in focus and all you see is her back. #2 needs a tighter or different crop, #3 looks like it needs a horizontal crop and level the horizon. Last one her face seems to motion blur or fallen out of focus...Hope some of this helps

Volleyball is even tougher ... try it indoors sometime. I think your shots are good.

I appreciate the C & C. I really shouldn't even be using this lens for sports but it's all I have at the moment and not even close to being able to afford an f/2.8 telephoto. They just aren't priced for the "little guy". The only thing I could get would be a Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 but not enough focal length. Oh well, such is life in the slow lane.:rolleyes:
