Great shot. Processing is good. But maybe a little more contrast would help define the girl. Feels like she's getting a bit lost in the light. Just my subtle take

A shot of my sister playing with a umbrella... took it a few months ago.

9/10 I think ... I really like this one, the expression is perfect and its a great panning shot.

Personally I think I would have like to see more space on the left side instead of the right, but thats personal taste... nothing technically wrong I can see.
