Gorgeous. Love the dress, the lighting and the model looks like Emily Deschenal (spelling on that.. too lazy to look it up).

Lighting: 2 lights.
Hair light in the left back grid 40 degrees.
Main light on right front with softbox
Then ambient light from windows and house lights.

Very nice! I would like it better if the background was a little more OOF but that's just nit picking. Love the concept and the lighting.
