It is a nice shot. Here are a couple of thoughts:

1. Usually bright spots are distracting as that is where the viewers eye tend to go. So try reducing them a bit with a little burning.
2. Placing the subject smack in the middle of the frame often makes for a static image. Try cropping a bit off the right side and the bottom for a bit more of a dynamic capture.
3. The line below the lizard almost makes it look like it is drooling. It is a little distracting. But I know there is not much you can do about it unless you wait until this guy moves a bit. I suppose you could clone it but that is a personal call.

Your exposure looks bang on and the lizard is certainly interesting. Keep at it.

Nice colourful shot of a great lizard. I agree with Henrik's appraisal. I think a slight crop to bring the iguana closer and less central would definitely improve this shot.
