Hello, I like your work, but not the distortion in photos 2 and 3 (the first images in both). I do not think the 35L created flattering photographs in those examples

pretty sweet for 10 minutes i'd say!

the colors in 5 are really nice - i really love this shot. beautifully composed. the dandelions look like angel wings. if her skintone were any cooler though, it'd turn into the most beautiful crime scene shot ever ;)

I have to agree here. The distortion in #2a (foreshortening) makes it look like the subject's legs are stubby. Lens correction could possibly fix the other one.

There's also maybe just some slight chromatic aberration in the buildings in #1, but that's a nitpick.

The rest are really great (#3a is great, too, and would like to see if lens correction does anything here). Gotta love the little details and real quality feel that this lens pulls from the scene.

As I said in a previous thread, I look forward to seeing what you produce when you get one of these of your own.
