mental cramp...combining for panorama

I AM HAVING A SEVERE MENTAL CRAMP...INEED TO COMBINE PHOTOS FOR A PANORAMA SHOT.. STITCHING PHOTOS TOGETHER BUT i CAN'T FOR THE LIFE ON ME REMEMBER WHAT IT IS CALLED OR HOW TO GET THERE IN PHOTOSHOP ...HELP ! PLEASE!!:confused::rolleyes::( (SUCKS GETTING OLD...)

thanks, but I have PS7..... I don't see that under automate but I have done them in the past and I can't seem to find where...:(:(

ohhh, i get it now. Yea i know lots of people that use old versions and they do just fine with it. I use CS5 in class so its easier to just use it at home as well. Plus student discount helps :)

Did you figure it out yet?

Not sure photoshop 7 has the photomerge function built into it. There are some third party programs you could search for, I know canon makes one, that lets you stitch together multiple photos. Alternatively if there was absolutely no distortion you could combine them by hand using layers.

PS7 doesn't have anything for panoramas from what I remember. However if you're curious about other programs other than the one you found you can also check out Hugin (external link). Its free/opensource. :)
