Curious question for 1D users.

If you are more than a hobbyist and actively sell your work, so you find that your clients are still happy with the files produced by the 1D? If so, what type of work are you doing? The publishing house I work for will no longer allow 1D files for our magazines. I used to have a 1D and loved the images from it but as time passed and gear upgraded I moved on.

I am thinking about picking up one on the cheap that I can use to knock around and not worry about roaming the streets!

Thanks

Jordan

I always thought the round viewfinder on that looked strange.

It looks odd but, the key thing is function. ;)

Certainly a deviation from the standard issue Canon eye piece... But they are much more pleasant to use, IMO. Especially so if you wear glasses.

Huh, I'll have to try one out some time. I wear glasses and I've never really had an issue with the viewfinder on my 1D.

It is funny looking but when you look through it you forget all about the viewfinder. It does what it does and does it very well
