Canon EF 50mm f1.8 II $130 @ BestBuy

Was just walking around a local BestBuy and saw the 50mm f1.8 for $130.

Thats cheap. I've been on Amazon and theres a few going for $150ish. And at hunts Photo going for $135 plus shipping.

Yeah, I remember paying about $80 for mine not too recently. Lens prices seem to be going out of control now days.

I wouldn't doubt it. The guy was said that lens hasn't been in stock for a while. I'm sure you can get them cheaper but the places I buy online that I trust cost around $130-$150 plus shipping and handling and BB had it for $130 and I get it that day. That is how I figured it. And at Amazon, some places does not even have them.

Even if I could of gotten it cheaper, I'm still happy with the price I paid and I would do it again. Only used the lens for 50 shots and they all came out great. I love that lens.

It was one of those things I saw that was a low priced and checked a few websites and it was cheaper and ended up buying it.
It's not like I'm not going to use it, I'll be getting a lot of use out of it.

It's $90 here in Vietnam from Canon Vietnam with 2 years warranty. I'm getting one soon :D

I just picked up my nifty 50 at my local small town camera shop for $139. Tried a few times to get one used here but was always a few min/hr too late....

Egh. Well best buy charger above and beyond retail on EVERYTHING. But im guessing the prices are going up due to the fact japan is having a bit of trouble..
