Hi all,

This is my first time posting here after many months of looking at everyones awesome images. Just thought I would post some of my own and I would love some feedback. (Yes these are my beautiful children!!!)

Awesome. High key is a great style to master and I think you have.

Good work on keeping the shirts being lost into the background.
I like the reflections on the floor too.


I like making photos and sometimes I think I'm getting better... then I realise it doesn't matter. I like making photos!

I agree. These are awesome! I love the clear reflections. The plastic looks like it works better than tile board.

I think you identified an interesting location in your home. The wallpaper pattern and tall skirting boards are quite attractive, and the large scale against such a young (small) child is good. The flat floor without the obvious texture of carpet continues to separate this from 'just any' snapshot around the house.

A great photo is more than the sum of its parts, and I'm with you on the fence about the results here.
I think they're nice photos, they do check all the boxes but they don't transcend. Certainly worthy to be in an album but not to be framed on a wall.

(edit: maybe too much vignetting on the colour pic)
