canon eos 650 for $50...also had a 50mm MK I attached to it...
canon 135mm f2.8 SF for $120...they sell new for a lot more...used seems to be about $300 or so

i'm kinda mad on my last attempt at a deal, that i didn't bid a little higher....it was a 24mm F2.8 lens, that ended up selling for $120 i think...i wasn't dead set on wanting it, but they go for a lot more than that used

I recently purchased a Sigma 10-20mm HSM broken for 150.00. I spent about 30 minutes doing surgery on it and it is working fine on my 40D. Just what the doctor ordered as I didnt want to break the bank for a UWA lens.

I got my 70-200 2.8L IS (2004) in 100% mint condition for $1300 with everything plus UV filter. Not a scratch on the body, the glass is mint and it's sharp as hell. Not a steal but it was a good deal.

Plus I bought a nifty-fifty for $100, ended up selling it for $135 and ended up buying another one for $80, so I "made" $55 dollars on the same lens.

Seriously after I read this thread last night, I dreamed about bidding for a 5Dc in a live auction with very small turn out. The starting bid was $100 and I about have at $500 and somebody bidded $800 and i was like too much...

I don't think you can find a really great deal on ebay compare to what you might find in a garage sale.

Have a nice day!!!

Some serious deals in here. I am jealous.

I bought a mint 200L 2.8 recently for 500 shipped. V.1 though. Probably 15% under market. But it doesn't compare to the deals some of you are getting.

24-70L w/ two canon hoods, box, paperwork, & pouch over a year ago for $900.

and this is a non-ebay steal, but a guy sold me his 'broken' 30D here for $70. i got it, and noticed the battery door was slightly mis-aligned spo i just nudged it with a screwdriver, and it worked perfectly ever since. i ended up trading it for a 28mm f/1.8.

^ Ha, that was me. Probably shouldn't admit to that but it was just sitting in my closet anyways. Glad it worked in your favor. :)

A Hanimar 135mm lens, offered as "New old stock," for US $9.
I won the auction, and it cost me exactly $9.
M42 mount.

It's a long tube, but it has 15 shutter blades for aperture.
Yes, it's brand new, and has no wear marks on it.
