Recently created some portraits of former Destiny paintball player, Kim Ma. What do you think?

Cool shots, a little dark in the eyes on the first and last shots though

These are great. I feel 1,2 and 3 could benefit from rim lighting. The hopper and her body shape are somewhat lost. They look like Dye adds only... no Dye gun. :D

Could use some rim edge lighting though, her hair somewhat blends into the background on a few of them.

Great job. I agree about with the last comment regarding a little separation light though. Besides that these are fantastic :)

Thank you for all the great comments. I agree with all of them.

I only had so many lights to work with, as I would have definitely loved having a single light designated for rimming the hair. And yeah, Dye style, but loaded with Eclipse gear. Haha!

Ps - I'm shooting my first CPPL event this weekend at the ACE #1 in Bragg Creek, AB. I'll be sure to share some of the images, if I (and my gear) survive. :)

Good luck! Put a cheap filter on if youre worried about the lens. Ive seen shattered UV filters and just painted front elements.
