Has anyone else noticed that there are an awful lot of people selling there 7D's? Most of them are still practically new too.

To the people who are selling there 7D's, is there something about the camera that you are not satisfied with? Or just eager to jump to Full frame luvin Goodness?

I can't answer your question - but I am wondering where all these sales are going on - I want one =)

Keep checking the Sales section. I mostly hang around there and that is what I have been noticing. 7D's, 85 1.8's, and 50 1.8's have been unusually high this month!

Weird. I will - it can be hard to find sellers that ship to Canada though.

Honestly, I am gonna stop buying from Canada. Because the Shippers will charge a Customs fee. I was charged $70 to supposedly get my 50 L into country. I think the sellers seriously need to state that in there sales. Especially for the new people of POTN who do not know better.

NOTHING AGAINST CANADA THOUGH. Just to make that clear.

Because a 7D is one of the most common bodies right now and some people decide they would be better benefited by full frame as opposed to the nicety features of the 7D.

Actually, sellers cannot charge customs fees - that is all at the border. I have ordered from American eBay sellers and have gotten charged customs fees - as I said, it has nothing to do with the seller, the border decides (I think usually depending on price) if there will be a custom charge.

The features of the 7D are freakin overwhelming actually! LOL I keep making trips to Best Buy to get my hands on there 7D and 60D. I am thinking about buying one of those, for a second body. But I want to be totally comfortable with the camera, before I make a decision. But I have noticed I keep going back to the 60D more.

Aaahh. Then I would have to agree with you - ordering international is a pain!

I also thought that if one shipped as a gift/not a new product there was no duty... not sure but I thought there were ways around it.

Well whenever I shipped something international mainly only canada I shipped USPS and all I had to do was if I remember correctly pay a few dollars more and fill out a customs form saying what was inside and never got charged a $70 dollar fee or even close to that.
