I've been away working on a motorsport event this last weekend.
Had the camera set up on the tripod and was triggering it by wireless remote. All was gong well:

Canon 550D, Tamron 70-300, Shoot RC-300 wireless remote Manfrotto 055XPROB + 804-RC2
After that session was completed, it was time for a late breakfast, so the camera was removed (thankfully) and the Manfrotto put safely to one side:

A session or two later, I had a competitor break down in front of me. Unusually (perhaps because I was at a remote location) I was asked over the radio to recover the vehicle away from the stage. Dutifully I obliged... yep, I drove over the tripod:

Oops
Two of the legs are bent, and the one hinge bracket has snapped - thankfully the head is undamaged.
I'll be buying the same model again, but will get a bag for it this time (and use it).
