You mean not like the X1? ;)

Hehe!

Julian, that's just bragging!

Jim

Thanks Jim. :) The M9 is great for what it does. It's compact, discreet, even super quiet when you hit the shutter. There's nothing like it on the market that can compete with it.

It's good until you go up to 2500. The only one lens I recommend for this camera is the Leica Noctilux f0.95. :)

Yup! It's the same price as the Canon 200-400 L. :)

Fixed, I guess they censored bit-ly links here. I got it from Amazon.

I had a chance to shoot with X100 this past weekend at a swim meet and it is a gem. Not having to lug around the DSLR and getting awesome IQ was a plus. It handled the high ISO very well and the video quality was superb.

Here is a quick snap from x100

Enough gear for now... need to get out and shoot more.

Nice photos! Do you by chance have an Aperture preset for your vintage look?

I'd actually love to know what you did as well (though an Aperture preset, sadly, ain't gonna cut it...there's a scratch/speck texture going on there). This first picture on your website (external link) is one of the more successful "analogizations" I've seen in a while.
