Oh man I'm pretty tempted to get the PL-220. I placed an order since I probably have a decent amount of time to cancel before it ships. Unfortunately the estimated ship date is after the postmark date for the rebate... though Amazon is actually pretty good about taking care of that with their customer service.

Also just to let you guys know, there is a $15-$60 rebate form. I'm glad I held out on buying this bag. Looking at the Kata 205, it will be 188 with the discount and then the $45 rebate which brings it down to $143. This is a steal.
