No offence meant, but how did you manage to mess up the cloning on the first one on a part that the rig wasn't even covering? Also we can see the un blurred number plate on the first photo. Other than that they're some good shots, once you've got some cloning practice, you'll be making some even better stuff.

agreed, don't know why you touched up some areas on the first image with the clone tool. The corner where the wall meets ceiling is messed up. In the second image you can see artifacts where you did clone.

yea, i need to really sharpen my cloning skills...... this was a poor attmp by me. i was just too excited to actually post my shots on this thread.

Don't forget to clone the pole out of the reflection in the car... you can see it in the hood and light on the second shot, butch. Pretty solid shots for the first time though... keep at it.

Hey guys I am new to the rig photography. Does anyone use pro size bodies for rig shots. I have a nikon d3s and I am worried about weight.

I also have a 24-70 and a 14-24. The only problem with the 14-24 is nikon did not include filter mounts on that lens. Am I suck with the 24-70 until I get a new lens. Also is 24mm ok to shoot on a boom? What length of boom would I be looking at?
