Per a request from another posting (Best Radial shots) and I didn't want to steal away from it, here are a few from a shoot I did with a Beech C-45 before it departed for Switzerland last year, for the owners.

and we circled the mothball fleet a few times taking various pictures of the ships.

I see Mt Tam in the background on one. What's with the dent in the door? Nice job, by the way.

Apparently, the air pressure between the wing and the tail in that area was causing the aluminum to have a pushed in affect, but as you can see in the banking picture, the air changed over the wing, thus the metal went back to it's normal flush position. Back on the ground, the door looked perfect.

#6 just might be one of my all time favorite aircraft images.

Those are just fabulous, and a beautiful aircraft, thanks for sharing !

BTW, do you happen to know if this is the same type that was used in that classic comedy, It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World ? Sure reminds me of it, though it's been many years since I've seen it. IIRC, the legendary stunt pilot Frank Tallman flew it through a billboard !

Thanks for the compliments all, I may have to do a "Got Beech III" down the road, but it won't be as nice as this one.

@ TustinMike, yes same type of aircraft, the Beech 18 or in military version, the C-45 Expeditor.

@ Peter, it's the USS IOWA (from the same shoot)
